Media Roundup: Bryan Murray and Matt O'Connor Press Conferences
A look at the important details covered by Bryan Murray's press conference this morning.
Bryan Murray spoke to the media on Thursday morning, answering a number of pressing questions. The first, as reported earlier on Silver Seven, is that Dave Cameron has agreed to a two-year extension.

From there, talk quickly switched to the goalie situation. Bruce Garrioch of the Sun reported that the Senators have received calls from seven teams on the goalies, with the majority of the interest being in Robin Lehner. This comes on the heels of knowing that Robin Lehner has been cleared to practise and is symptom-free. Being considerably younger than Craig Anderson, it's unsurprising that a healthy Lehner is generating more buzz.

Murray says the club hasn't decided which goalie they will move. Waiting to get final offers from other teams and to make a decision.

Interesting follow-up from Murray on which goalie they will move. "It's going to be the best offer for the guy we want to trade."

My take on the Sens goalie situation: the inclination was to move Anderson, 34. But, there is far more market interest in Robin Lehner.
— Wayne Scanlan (@HockeyScanner) June 4, 2015
So, Lehner more likely to be dealt. Overall, Sens comfortable with an Anderson-Hammond tandem. With O'Connor, Hogberg in development hopper.

Murray was consistent with six weeks ago when he said the desired return in a goalie trade was a top-six forward.
Murray says he is trying to land a top-6 forward as part of the goalie trade. He says that landing a top forward remains a priority.

Trying to see if he has to sweeten pot to get a top player.

Now that the Memorial Cup is over, the Sens are trying to get Tobias Lindberg on an ELC.
Tobias Lindberg's been offered a contract. Murray joked that he's working against him being portrayed as Gordie Howe after his Memorial Cup.

It was also revealed by Assistant GM Randy Lee that since Luke Richardson didn't get the Buffalo Sabres gig, he is expected to stay with Binghamton for another year.
Randy Lee says he expects Luke Richardson to stay in Binghamton "we've tabled an offer to him"

The plan is for Matt O'Connor the be the starter in Binghmaton, getting about 60 starts.
Murray says the plan is to start new goalie Matt O'Connor in Binghamton next season and see how he develops from there. #cbcott #Sens

Chris Driedger should see limited action in a backup role.
Speaking of Matt O'Connor, he had his first press conference after becoming part of the Senators.
Senators G prospect Matt O'Connor wears 29 in tribute to Ken Dryden and there are certainly similarities in the way the two talk (1/2)

(2/2) O'Connor on signing here: "It was a bit of an excruciatingly analytical process. It was nice to be able to visualize my future."

Matt O'Connor going with number 29. Last three guys to wear that number in Ottawa- Martin Gerber, Mike Brodeur, Nathan Lawson. #Sens

O'Connor also had the money quote of the day:
