Open Thread: Finland vs. Canada

An open thread to discuss tonight's game between Finland and Canada.

Fresh off two two shutout victories in which Canada outscored its opponents 12-0, the host team takes on the defending champion Finland tonight in Canada's first real test of the WJC. Finland should be a tough opponent, as it has yet to win a game in the tournament (OT loss against USA, loss to SVK). Any controversy generated by Connor McDavid not scoring in the tournament opener was quickly put to bed in Canada's second game against Germany when the star managed three points.
