The Ottawa Senators were alright in October, finishing with a record of 5-3-0. Perhaps more importantly, the Sens are actually managing to outshoot and outplay their opponents on a consistent basis. Here were the results:

Continuing from last season, at the end of every month we will have a fan vote to determine the best player of the month. Any player who finished top-three in any of the Rank the Performances pieces of the month will be included as an option. From there, the readers take over in deciding the player of the month.
