Original:

It hasn't yet been officially announced, but there are now several reports out there that the Ottawa Senators are finalizing a trade with the Buffalo Sabres that would send Josh Norris and Jacob Bernard-Docker to Buffalo for Dylan Cozens.

If completed, this would mark a fairly sizable shake-up to the Sens' core. Without knowing the full details of the transaction, it is essentially impossible to evaluate how Ottawa made out, but if the key players are as described, then the Sens are trading one underachieving centre for another – a classic change of scenery, challenge trade if there ever was one.

More in-depth analysis will follow when (if?) the trade is finalized.
