His most recent accomplishment being tying Mario Lemieux's career assists record which he will surely break in a game or two.
  • Patrik Laine seems to be enjoying his time with the Montreal Canadiens, so much so that he thinks he is on a winning team. After his comments towards his former team being "too comfortable with losing" went public,  Zach Werenski had no problem firing back at the "ridiculous" comments being made about his team.
  • With the year nearing its end, Sportsnet takes a look at some key moments from the NHL.
  • The Ottawa Senators ae 11th on the Sportsnet power rankings list; higher than teams like the Toronto Maple Leafs and Boston Bruins. While the 6-game winning streak ended in Edmonton, there is no denying this team has found a whole new gear in December.
  • Before Team Canada took in Team Czechia in a pre-tournament World Juniors game, the Canadian Tire Centre hosted 26 new Canadians to take their oath and officially receive their citizenship!
